These are some pictures I took during a thunderstorm the night of February 25, 2000 in Plano, Texas, shortly before and after midnight as the front had passed me and was over eastern Collin County. One of the more spectacular lightning storms I've seen. I shot 3 rolls of film and caught many bolts of lightning.Although the picture above doesn't catch much direct lightning, I really like the clouds and contrasting colors.
Although these pictures have some lightning, the cloud formations are really impressive.
Accidental use of my zoom lens on the roll of film that these next 4 pictures came from, but fortunately it was zoomed in on just the right portion of sky!
